Classic Curry is a family run business, first established in April 1995 in North Melbourne, near Queen Victoria Market, by Mr. Subhash Agnihotri.
A foodie and chef himself, his dedication to the business and commitment to serving the customers has culminated in Classic Curry gaining massive goodwill in Melbourne.
Mr Agnihotri’s motto was to, ‘SERVE WHAT YOU WANT TO BE SERVED’. And to this date, our staff adheres to his principle. Our head chef has been with the business since day 1 and has ensured that our taste and quality remains consistent throughout the year.

All traditional methods are used to prepare our authentic, tantalizing North Indian dishes such as the Tandoori Charcoal Oven in the kitchens, which is used to cook the Tandoori Breads, Tandoori Chicken, Chicken Tikka, Fish Tikka and Paneer Tikka.
